A stormy night is the one terrible and fearful night. It occurs especially in the month of Chaitra and Baishakh. Nature looks very gloomy on a stormy night. On a stormy night the wind blows violently and rains continuously. There are terrible sounds produced all around in the stormy night. The whole sky is overcast with clouds. Thunderbolts’ sounds hit our ears vigorously. It seems everything is getting crashed. The thunderbolts and lighting frighten people.
It lasts for a few hours like one or two. After the storm, a scene of havoc is seen all around. Many houses are blown away and many people become homeless and helpless. Trees and plants are uprooted and many branches are broken down. A great deal of property is destroyed. Sometimes human lives are lost in a stormy night. After all, a stormy night is an accursed night of fear and destruction.
In a word, it causes great loss of life and property. However, a stormy night is a night of horror and destruction.
