Traffic jam is the condition of different sorts of vehicles staying standing still in a specific place and not being able to move for sometimes. There are many causes of traffic jam. The rickshaw pullers do not maintain rules and regulations. The drivers always try to overtake another vehicle. The number of vehicles is much more than the narrow roads and streets in the town. It usually happens in towns and cities.

Normally at the turning points and crossing of the roads, the traffic jam happens tremendously. Nowadays traffic jams have become a regular phenomenon in the big cities. It is annoying and disturbing for the people. People cannot reach their destination in time. They fail to reach their offices timely. Students fail to reach their school duly. So they have to miss their classes. To solve these problems, the government should take proper steps and people in general should aware about the rules of traffic to get safety from traffic jams.

Traffic jams are a common incident in the big cities and towns of our county. It is a long queue of vehicles on a street or road that cannot move or that can move very slowly. It is a great nuisance for modern society. It causes unspeakable sufferings for city or town dwellers. Many vehicles moving on the same road at the same time cause traffic jams. Besides, the traffic police are not sincere. They are not inclined to do their duties honestly.

Drivers are indifferent to traffic rules. They want to get more and more passengers stopping buses here and there. All these things together cause traffic jams. Moreover, the unlimited number of rickshaw plying on streets is another cause of traffic jams. At the time of a traffic jam, I feel extremely bored as it kills our valuable time. This nuisance should not be allowed to continue. Strict laws should be imposed to control traffic jams. Exemplary punishment should be given to the drivers who do not obey the traffic rules. Above all, the traffic authority should be active to enforce the traffic rules and maintain discipline on streets and roads.
