Food Habit
Good health means the state of being health, both mentally and physically. Health is the root off all happiness. We should eat the right kinds of food in order to keep in good health. Good food is essential for good health. Good food means a balanced diet which contains carbohydrates, fat, protein, vitamin, minerals and water. We should eat very plenty of breads, cereals, rice, noodles, potatoes etc. Fresh fruits and vegetables are good for our health. We should eat them regularly. Though milk, cheese, yogurt, meat, fish, eggs etc are important for growth and energy. We should eat them moderately. And we should eat very little of fatty food items like fat, oils, sweets, burgers etc. Our food should be fresh, clean and properly cooked.
